Privacy policy

Effective from 16 October 2026. The Polish version of this policy is the binding one; this is a translation.

Who is the data controller

The controller of personal data is Przemysław Rygielski, who runs the polecalni.pl website. Contact on data matters: [email protected].

What data we collect and why

Through the “Free AI visibility audit” form we collect: full name, clinic name, specialty, city, website address, email and, optionally, phone number. We use them only to prepare the audit, send the result and contact you about it.

Through the contact form we collect: full name, email, optionally company name, and the content of the message. We use them only to reply to your message.

The legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep data

Up to 12 months from submitting the form, or less if you withdraw your consent earlier. If we sign a contract, we keep the data for its duration and for the period required by law.

Who we share data with

Web3Forms: a service that forwards the form content to our email inbox.
OVHcloud: our email provider.
Cloudflare: our website hosting and attack protection provider.
Anthropic (Claude): an AI tool we use to analyse AI assistant answers and prepare the audit report. We share only information about the business (name, city, website) with it, not the contact person’s data.

We do not sell data or share it with other parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing). Just write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

Cookies

The website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Cloudflare may store technical files necessary for website security.
